1ST HOLY COMMUNION CATECHISTS – Monday 7.30pm in OLSP Hall.
CHILDREN IN THE PARISH – It is great to have these children in the Parish. After discussion with the Core Group of the Parish the decision has been made –
- Replace in both churches the 1st Sunday no children’s liturgy and children’s mass with the 2nd Sunday instead. This is because so many 1st Sundays fall when children are away on holiday throughout the year.
- In OLSP to start again Liturgy of the Word for children on the 1st Sunday of the month only due to shortage of children’s liturgy folk. Children’s Liturgy will be for children between 4-8 years.
These changes will come in for the new school year.
COUNTED MISSIO RED BOXES (OL&StP) – Please collect counted, named boxes from the window sill close to the choir loft door. Thank you for your generosity.
SLEEP OUT – Never too late to sponsor the Justice and Peace Group so if you haven’t please do! Thanks to all those who have. We will be collecting the money from next week. If you wish you may put your contribution in an envelope with your name and amount and give it to Father Steven – do not leave it at the back of either church.
