Parishioners are warmly invited to come and see our newly refreshed St Bernard’s Church, which you kindly helped fund and participate in a special family Mass at 10.30am on Sunday May 18th.
The Family Mass will be followed by a social get together, so put this date in your diary. We will also be inviting the local community and churches to share this day in our lovely church, hall & gardens.
We need YOU to make this event a great success.
We would like this to be a lively social event that will appeal to everyone so we will need a cross section of our parish to help plan and run the event. We need representatives to help generate ideas for the social that will appeal to everyone from our children right through to our older community.
You can help in these ways – thinking of ideas for general activities and children’s activities, making food, planning and running the day, or just giving a couple of hours on the day.
